  • Develop a SWOT analysis against their current business model in preparation for analyzing and developing a dedicated Marketing Mix for their current market place.

 

  • Develop and analyse their own current Marketing Mix in line with their SWOT analysis in preparation for the application of innovation techniques to build market sustainability and market growth

 

  • Apply new innovation techniques to their marketing mix to develop an updated Innovative Marketing Mix that won't Break the Budget

 

  • Leave the class sessions with their own work in progress Portfolio of Innovative Marketing Mix Strategies for the economic downturn.

 

  • Will enjoy personalized consultations with APCOT to further develop an innovate their Marketing Mix Strategy

 

  • Will receive a personalized Marketing Mix Strategic Report as a final product for immediate implementation into their business model.

 

PROGRAM METHODOLOGY

 

This program is limited to 5 - 15 bright companies willing to use theirs and our creative thinking skills to not just survive but thrive in the current economic downturn.

 

Led by Gabrielle Hartin and the team at APCOT; together they bring you a wealth of diverse expertise in not only innovative marketing strategies, but proven business results.

 

Coupled with APCOT's, world class training and facilitation methodologies, learning materials and interactive business tools and reports, participants will learn in a highly structured and supportive environment with both Gabrielle and APCOT Consultants in attendance to work with participants personally in class and to consult with individual businesses to develop their final report

 

APCOT's teaching methodologies are built upon the learning theories of Project Based Learning and Constructivism. This means our sessions are not PowerPoint dominated with presenters that drone on and on. Participants will be involved in working on their own personalized projects right from session one and will be encouraged to reflect on and analyse their own progress – essential management tools for today's business leaders.

PROGRAM DURATION

 

TOTAL HOURS PER BUSINESS – 22 hours

Weeks 1 - 4

  • 4 x 3.5 hour group workshops over four weeks – Tuesday evenings 5.30 – 9pm

Weeks 5 - 9

  • 8 hours of personalized consultation per business

Week 10

  • Presentation of APCOT Marketing Mix Reports (Strategic Plan Documents) for each business

 

 

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

 

Business owners and/or Marketing/Sales employees of SMEs who meet the criteria:

  • Victoria based businesses or intending to locate to Victoria
  • Management strengths
  • Financial viability
  • Commitment to strategic planning and growth,
  • Commitment to innovation or export/import replacement,
  • Trading for at least 12 months,

 

The group would comprise of approximately 5-15 participating companies with 2 participants from each business able to attend the program.

Week 2: The Current Market Dynamic

Week 3: The Marketing Mix

 

•  Develop and analyse your own current Marketing Mix in line with your SWOT analysis in preparation for the application of innovation techniques to build market sustainability and market growth

 

 

Week 4: The Innovative Marketing Mix

 

 

•  Apply new innovation techniques to your marketing mix to develop a New Innovative Marketing Mix that won't Break the Budget

 

 

•  Finalise your own work in progress, Portfolio of Innovative Marketing Mix Strategies for the economic downturn.

 

 

Weeks 5 – 9: One on one consultations between businesses and APCOT

 

•  Each business will be involved in personalized consultations with APCOT to further develop their Marketing Mix Strategy

 

 

•  Each Business will receive a personalized, Marketing Mix Strategic Report as a final product for immediate implementation into their business model.
