This is a module from the TAA50104 Diploma of Training and Assessment Qualification. In this module, learn how to design, develop, evaluate and implement your own e-learning program by working with Adobe Captivate, a powerful yet user friendly, e-learning authoring tool.

Explore and experiment in our Jungle Room Computer Lab as well as your own environment and collaborate with others to develop your own e-learning products for immediate use.

The Nationally Accredited Diploma of Training and Assessment is made up of 5 core and 7 elective units.

APCOT's Diploma of Training and Assessment Qualification Program is covered over 4 integrated modules and can be completed in 12 or 24 months.

You will work through a mixed learning mode which includes a blend of face to face training, e- learning and self paced learning components.

You will always be in control of where you take your learning, as you choose your own content for your work or home-based learning projects.

You will collaborate with other professionals in small and personalised groups and receive full guidance and support from your APCOT facilitators.

Module 2

Use Advanced Faciliation Techniques and the action learning approach to improve learning and work performance.

Research and implement your choice of advanced facilitation techniques while specifically developing your skills in the Action Learning Approach.

Action Learning (AL) involves people in the workplace working on real problems, focusing on learning and actually implementing solutions for continuous improvement and real business results

You will be the Action LEARNAVORE coach and lead your own Action Learning work based project.

Module 3

Manage the Learning, Training and Assessment Functions.

Build your skills by designing organisation wide learning strategies, leading and coordinating assessment systems and services and conducting evaluations of the learning process to ensure continuous and tangible results for the business

Module 4

Drive Continuous Improvement Processes through leading innovative team work practices.

Focus in on maintaining your own and your teams professional development. Inspire your team to greater efficiences that lead to tangible outcomes by leading your team to build innovation and continuously improve learning and work processes

Complete all four modules, in any order to receive the Award of Diploma of Training and Assessment, or pick and choose individual modules and work through them as you need, for your own professional development purposes.

Your APCOT Lead Facilitator, Gabrielle Hartin, has over 20 years experience in National and International learning and development in both the educational and corporate sectors. She will start you on your way with the DIPLOMA with additional specialist facilitators contributing throughout the program.
